Returns & Cancellation Policy

RETURNS

New, unworn items can be exchanged within 99 days of delivery. Non-personalized pieces are eligible for a full refund, if within 30 days of delivery. Personalized jewelry pieces are made especially for you; therefore, they can either be returned for exchange or store credit. Please reach out to returns@oakandtaylor.com if you wish to return an order. 

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. You can reach us at jenny@oakandtaylor.com for these matters.

We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us up to 2 hours after placing it. Please be advised that personalized jewelry pieces are made especially for you; therefore, after 2 hours, they can either be returned for exchange or store credit.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the items to us. To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team at returns@oakandtaylor.com

DAMAGED ITEMS

In case of a damaged item (if under warranty), we will exchange your item for a new one. Jewelry pieces are eligible for a full refund, if within 99 days of delivery.

Oak & Taylor reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be posted on this page.
